Order Processing Times

All orders are sent with a default of non-signature delivery. If you wish to have a signature required on delivery, please email us or leave a note with your order. 

We aim to process and pack all orders within 3 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: During busy periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

1. New Zealand (standard shipping): 1-5 days 

2. Australia: 3-10 days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are unable to change addresses once an order has been dispatched.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@tuiandmoon.co.nz and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the courier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

International Orders

International deliveries may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing times at customs may also affect delivery timeframes.
